If you submit an event, then you receive an email that notes, to Make Modifications to the event, you will be able to make some modifications to your event, before it is published.

Login using your NETID

Click on Manage My Events

Click on the ‘pencil’ next to the event you would like to edit

Add more details to the Event Description (Under Event Details Tab)

To complete, click on PUBLISHING TAB, select Request for Review

Click on Notification – Email Tab
- • Here you can enter in the notes what was changed, so the Event Management Team will know what to look for.
- • Then hit SAVE & CLOSE

Once it has been reviewed, the Event Manager Team will Approve of the event. Once the event is approved, you can no longer edit the event.
