There may be a few login prompts that pop up after changing these settings. Please enter your email address and password at these login prompts for the change to take effect.
- Click on the shared email account.
- Click Account settings or the 3 horizontal bars (top right corner), then Account Settings.
- Click Server Settings.
- Change Username to the email address of the shared account.
- Change Authentication to OAuth2.
- Click Sign in with another account and enter your email address to sign in.
- Go to the inbox of the shared account and verify it is working.
