Email, Calendar and Mailing Lists

See the OIT documentation for instructions on how to setup a new Thunderbird account with OAuth2 settings.

There may be a few login prompts that pop up after changing these settings. Please enter your email address and password at these login prompts for the change to take effect.

1. Click on the shared email account.
2. Click Account settings or the 3 horizontal bars (top right corner), then Account Settings.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Server Settings.
4. Change Username to the email address of the shared account.
5. Change Authentication to OAuth2.
   
   
   
   
6. Click Sign in with another account and enter your email address to sign in.
   
   
   
   
7. Go to the inbox of the shared account and verify it is working.
