- It will then bring you back to the Gmail login and you will need to enter your where NetID is replaced by your individual NetID and click next. Once you do that, follow the steps from above to access Gemini.

How can I be sure that I’m using my Rutgers account while I’m using Gemini?
You can check to see if you’re using your Rutgers account while you’re using Gemini. When you’re using Gemini with your Rutgers account, a message that does not appear while using a personal account will be under the chat bar:
“Your Rutgers University chats aren’t used to improve our models. Gemini can make mistakes, so double-check it. Your privacy & Gemini”

If you are still unsure, you can always go to the top right corner of the page and check the account information by clicking on your initial or picture and see if it shows your ScarletMail email address.
