Who can respond to form

Using a microsoft form it is possible to only allow people that work at rutgers, or specific people to complete the form.

Select ‘Collect Responses’

Then select how you want the responses to work

  1. Anyone can respond - Anyone in our outside of your organization can be given the form or quiz link and access.
  2. Only people in my organization can respond - All members of your organization can respond, but others cannot, even if they are given the link.
  3. Specific people in my organization can respond - Only pre-selected members of your organization can access and respond.

  • If you select FILE UPLOAD then you cannot select ‘anyone’ to respond, it can only be completed by people from Rutgers.
